I think you are going to connect the plastic to the dustpan - like a large flipper, the other bit that will be here in another day is going to be another dustpan - so then you will have a pair of flippers for snorkelling in your pond
The brushes are either to attach to your headband as ears so you will look like a rabbit or, you could use on as a tail and the other as a moustache! I have not been drinking by the way - imagine my ideas if I had!!
You may say I'm a dreamer... But I'm not the only one...
