I missed the g******g era as I'm a bit too young, but did have 3 knitted ones when I was younger, and definately remember them on the back of Robertsons jam as stamp sized pictures to collect for pin badges I think it was.... That was until they were taken off as they were deemed 'unsuitable'...Last edited by Lesley Jay; 05-04-2006, 09:23 PM.Shortie

Had loads of g********gs as we ate so much jam. Also won a Blue Peter badge when Valerie Singleton was presenting and it was in black and white (the programme not the badge).
There is no incentive to eat healthy things these days - anyone remember the plastic animals in the cornflakes packet that never resembled anything you ever knew, but my brother and I used to fight over who opened the packet of shredded wheat ( yuk ........)~
Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn't be able to fly, but the bumblebee doesn't know that so it goes on flying anyway.

Half my family is black and have the toy that upsets white people they see no harm in them. It is all a case of personal thinking. On a factual note.. The last part of the word is an acronym for "Westernised Oriental Gentleman" and refers to people in Japan that stopped wearing their traditional clothes and started to wear western attire during the 19th century.

Negroid, Caucasian and Mongoloid are all biological scientific words used to classify genetic characteristics. In science class, hairdressers have to learn the difference in hair structure of all three.
In pathology the three names are used extensively again. It is a landmine out there but we will try to do our best.
