    Respect the sun certainly, and especially take care to not get burnt. But don't forget that you do need some exposure to sunshine for the vitamin D.

    Vitamin D can reduce your risk of numerous ailments and disease, including certain cancers (breast cancer for example) and MS, and helps with bone health - vitamin D is needed for calcium absorption.
    And sunshine can help with mental health issues as it triggers release of the (natural) chemical serotonin...
    Pain is still pain, suffering is still suffering, regardless of whoever, or whatever, is the victim.
    Everything is worthy of kindness.
