Forum assistance? Problem logging in.

Hi folks,

I hope i'm posting this in the right place.

I've been trying to get some help logging in for over two weeks now from the support service. Can one of the Moderators please help! I have just created this account as i can't log in to my proper account as none of my usual passwords seem to work. Unfortunately my email address has changed since registering too so the automated password reset service can't help me as i hadn't gotten around to changing my email address on my profile... All in all i'm a bit stuck!

I sent an email on the 30th April and got an automated reply.
On 9th May i had a reply email from a human being (initials DC) which i replied to.
I don't appear to have had a response since.
