When I was 19 I was very keen on girls wearing mini skirts, when they came round the second time and my daughter was wearing them I heartily disapproved, "That's not a skirt its just a wide bladdy belt my girl" And "For Gods sake you will get frost bit in your Hoo hah"

Oh my goodness, the long white socks, yes I remember them, and also must have looked ridiculous!

What about 'back combed' hair, sprayed with so much lacquer, it never moved when the wind blew, and awful 'white lipstick', and thick black eyeliner!
