When you get a new bed set, remove pillow cases and comforter from packet to see if it looks ok, cannot be bothered to put them back in packet, so put them somewhere. Go to put your new bed set on and cannot find aforementioned articles anywhere in the house

I did feel old reading this thread but I think you lost me somewhere in the middle. I use to blame most of it on being pregnant, now I blame it on my children then later I will blame it on my parents and dna (I am only 34!)

Any-hoo you know you are getting old when

you get up during the night to pee
you have a stash of parma violets (they come in giant size too nowadays)
you trump when you get up.....then you blame it on the nearest cat, dog, child that just happens to be in the vicinity.

Was anyone special enough to remember corona van deliveries? My hubby is 10 years older than me and I am sure he thinks I am making it up.

Also the crisps with the blue salt bags....do you remember when they done sheets of the flavour bags which included fish and chip flavour?

I remember the Pop man - I think he had a red lorry - and blue salt bags in crisps. i don't remember there being any other flavours but with or without salt

You can still get the crisps with that little blue packets. Te##co do some and the store round here do Smiths crisp and they have the little blue packets in to.

It was a little blue bundle of salt, a blue paper square twisted at the top to keep the salt in. Not one of these new fangled sachets that you have to tear open with your teeth, once you've taken them out, of course

My old man used to work for Smiths when I was a lad, I used to throw the blue salt packets away & just eat the plain crisps.
