Thanks folks... the flowers are silk , the bride bought them to go with her bouquet.. Top tier has strawberry and rosehip jam, middle has blueberry and lime and the bottom tier has somerset jam all with vanilla buttercream. I should say had not has as it all got scoffed ....sorry
I had to help transport it by sitting with the cake box on my lap in the car trying to make sure it stayed level ........

You know....I always peel off the icing when I eat wedding/ Xmas cake...such a waste....what a refreshing idea to go with a naked cake!...good on 'em!!!!
