My Radish always look like corkscrews, I nurtured one last year that look spot on and the BLADDY slugs got there first.

I am good at cress though!

Another 'easy' thing I can't do is sunflowers.

Can now cross this off my 'bucket list'.......kept reading how you could use beetroot leaves like spinach. I always thought they would be a bit coarse and flavourless.....wrong! In fact they were delicious and more substantial than chard/spinach. I did cook them fresh from the allotment, will try with a little chillie and garlic tonight!
