When I reply in the quick comment box and try and press send it is not sending my message. I

By "Send" do you mean the little box below the message box "Post Quick Reply"?

Oh, I've never had that problem using a laptop. (Or my phone) As said previously if your message is too short add a few spaces and a full stop.
What error message do you get? Or what happens when you click submit post?

Nothing happens when I press send

Do you have any problems if you "Go Advanced".
I normally use that option anyway so I can preview what I've written and check for typos

That seems fine. Apart from I have write more then 10 characters.

You have to write more than 10 characters however you reply!!
You can always pad it out with ......................

That shouldn't be too difficult...........................I have trouble keeping to 10 words.
