In addition to the above, my bank. Revamped branch but now only one teller from six. Queuing for 45 minutues to pay in a cheque.
"You can use the machine sir", " I prefer to deal with people", "But its very easy" " No thanks I will wait", " Shall I show you how?" .....bye bye, off to pay it in at a real bank.
