We're changing to a better phone and internet provider. Unfortunately the old one has cut us off and the new one won't connect up our internet until tomorrow. So, no internet! How to cope??!! (See 'happy' thread)

Before I went on holiday I put the debit card for my "holiday " account in my "holiday" wallet and hid my normal wallet with my other cards in a "safe place".
Back 2 weeks and can I find the darn thing? - I'm having to shop with the holiday card and transfer money from my normal account, the one my pay goes into, online. I'm normally so organised with money and it's really p-ing me off as I'm starting to lose track of what's come out of where.

There are clear typed instructions for parcel deliverers, on a note on the front door.
It would really help if the delivery drivers could read English. I'm not commenting on the amount of foreign workers in the country, just that I would have thought that the ability to read the language of your chosen country would be essential to the job.
Now, off to play 'hunt the parcel' yet again...Last edited by Glutton4...; 09-07-2015, 08:41 AM.All the best - Glutton 4 Punishment

Dobbies, supposed to be a garden centre!
Didn't know what a vegetable cage was.
Didn't have any small canes.
Didn't gave any cane hoops
Didn't have any netting
Environmesh cover I bought, useless and doesn't fit, so has to be returned! (£15.00 each)
Have just emailed them! Asking why they don't stock these basic items necessary for veg growing !DottyR

Awful trying to look at New Posts AND getting stung by 3 wasps (or 1 thrice) because I watered them. Fancy building your nest inside a pot of morning glories.Le Sarramea https://jgsgardening.blogspot.com/

if I had wanted celeriac plants I would have bought them! I thought from the label they were Celery. Checked the label again and it says Celery.
Why can't plant producers get the labeling right!!!!!!Gardening requires a lot of water - most of it in the form of perspiration. Lou Erickson, critic and poet
