My garden make over

Just over 3 years ago i decided enough was enough with the garden,so after gently stamping feet ext, baisic moves were made in readyness for the major dig over,it was started a few weeks ago in earnest by my lovely MR,unfortunately i am still limited what i can do,but a little easier after the needle 12 days ago,after much measuring and scale plans for my veg area,things are looking up,the lawn and borders have been mostly ripped out,a lot more has yet to be done,the whole are will be transformed,with a smaller lawn,new plants ext,should have done it years ago,but not let age or time defy what you want to do,a few pics for now,

What a transformation, Lottie! You have a huge garden - don't know how you cope with that and your plots.

I certainly will,bless him,the garden is 45 ft wide,baisics are,no centre path,but a wider man path further accross,to his man area{humhum} at the bottom,leaving me with an uninterupted garden of my own,then the whole garden area will work for us both,well that is the idea,time will tell,or the atmosphere will turn alien hehehehe,

Not that one,that area hopefully will become part of the new lawn,am thinking of bringing the smaller one back from the lottie,at the moment.. a home for it has yet to emerge.

Hi peeps,here is a catch up of how things are looking now,tis hard work but worth it,still a lot to be done yet,i have decided to fence of the lawn from the veg area,the new wide path is nearly half way down the left side,thus giving a nice and practical rout to the man patch,at the bottom,the little wooden poly from the lottie,has been transformed into a much longer one,together with blue water pipe and free used tunnel covering,there are 4 beds already occupied,the others will follow,when time and man power are ready,i am so pleased thus far,the veg side of the fence has a frame work ready to plant the 2 grape vines,and the loganberry,the wide border will be under planted with herbs,maybe some rhubarb,still thinking that one,

Looking good LD......watch them pointy bits don't puncture the tunnel wall.......I'd be tempted to put some short pieces of pipe lagging over them to play safe.

thats why the blue hoops were screwed onto the wood pointy frame,it holds the poly aloft,plus it has some missdemeaners already,got to get some repair tape,this is just a use what you got experience,the runners along the fence and the frame for the fruit,are planks sawn down,the upright bits of the fence is also recycled from an old one,a lick of paint is fab,

please don't get lost,and no sorry needed,if you look at the side,the pipe is fixed solid to it,then screwed down top centre,the rest floats free,and keeps the poly from the sharp bits,granted the blue pipe floats a bit,but it does keep the poly away,all very heath robinson,but works,looks like i got the red arrows in me poly
