I really want to see this but I'm too lazy to get off the couch and drive to the top of the road. I'd walk but I'm in my jammies, athough that's not totally unheard of around these parts. Kinda just as well, they are blocking off roads here for some commonweath event tomorrow, knowing my luck I'd not get back in.Comment

Its a bit cloudy here but I can see a twinkly star, NNE and low down. All the other stars I have to look up to, but not this one

Have you got a smart phone bigmally? There's a brilliant ap Skyview . It names everything in the sky when u point your phone skywards. Pics up satellites and all sorts. ( has someone already mentioned this? Sorry if I'm repeating something!)

My Big Girl's Book of the Stars suggests that iti may be Capella - as Kirk initially thought. It is very bright and twinkly tonight and maybe a bit higher.Comment

Where does time go?
I've just come in from getting a bit o' fresh air............and noticed Capella in all it's glory. Red, yellow, blue, green.............I can't believe it was almost a year to the day when I first noticed it.
