Halogen oven

I have one, unpacked from its box, on the kitchen counter top, taking up space and unused. Just like my Remoska and my slow cooker. * hangs head in shame.

I have one as French ovens just have one big oven rather than big one and a little one like in England. I don't think it can replace a proper oven. I like it for some things, but it's pants with pastry.....
It won't cook any healthier than you can cook with any other utensil. Healthy comes from your ingredients, not the oven.
