Anyone else a victim?
Why is it that when I'm at work I could sleep in but when I have the opportunity I can't?
I don't work from the end of July until the end of August and not once have I been able to sleep beyond 6am. Too make matters worse MrW has been working overtime for ages now so gets up at 4.30 so PING every morning I wake up to wake him up!

Yup I suffer too ....I seem to have no idea whatsoever which time zone I'm !...seems to vary by the hour!

Body Clock. Yes.
For years I woke at 4am to go the wholesale markets. That was years ago but I still wake early. When I had my lottie I was always the first there and by 6am several other retired blokes would clang through the gates. Now its a little darker in the mornings I manage to stay in bed until 6 am, but that my limit.

My grandson Jack is 5 and autistic and is obsessed by time and always wakes early, but stays in bed until the bedside clock say 06 . 00 then bursts into life. It don't matter how late he stays up he always gets up at 6.
