    well last week i noticed the change in the season first time in ages i went to the plot in my jogger bottoms the shorts put away also noticed not to many swallows, swifts,housemartins even ordered my winter onions and garlic ah well it was a fine summer

    It feels distinctly autumnal here too. But I don't mind it was a great summer and I love the autumn. In fact I like every season, I think life would be very dull without them

      In a few more days I'll be cutting the best three for my VVS entry.

          Feels like Autumn here too guys..We have had wind and rain here the past few days none stop...It sure is a lot cooler too..Also we have the heating back on..

                Its defo early autumn in the northeast, my acer is turning lovely shades of red, pink, orange and yellow plus countryfile recon theres groundfrost tonight boys lol

                  We were at 7 degrees when I took boyo out for his evening sabbatical earlier...

                  It has been really quite cold at night here for the past week.

                  It started raining whilst I was out, and I actually double checked to see if it had sleet in it! The kids are only going back to school tomorrow (eek)

                      Yup.

                      My neices are down south in the Central belt. They went back last Wednesday.

                        Really cold here today. Might be a bit soft and put the heating on for 10 mins to heat the house up a bit. In fact going to get my jumper on as well.
                        Can't believe it is getting so dark at night now.

                          Yep, bonny scotland always tells me when the weather is gonna turn in the northeast. you can bet that when the bad front hits the highlands then give it a few weeks and we will get it too lol
