Unusual Harvest crafts anyone?

I was wondering if you have come across any interesting harvest activities in your area , or whilst on holiday?

At this time of the year sone local farmers make statues in their fields from hay bales ....bit like these....

I used to make corn dollies about this time of the year, about a hundred years ago when I was a teenager
