Reliable weather forecast?

I'm finding you can't rely on forecasting and I'm going to work dressed for the allotment just in case when I finish work the weather is fine and I can go to allotment for a bit. I work in an office, I haven't been told off for being a scruff yet lol

You need a Forecasting Rock in a convenient spot outside your window. Then:

If it's dry it's fine
If it's wet it's raining
If you can't see it it's foggy.
