Guess the TV Show from the theme

Thirty to guess, just snippets of the themes, from the 70's and 80's! Some I knew at once, with others it was a case of "I know that tune, what is it?" and one or two I didn't have a clue.

Clearly I watched too much telly in the 70s and 80s as got all bar 2.

No 15 - Camberwick Green or Trumpton, don't know which one;
No 27 - Not a scooby! .....anybody know

I didn't know 1, 4, 8, (never heard of it), 18, 27 and 28.

And I can never remember if it's Camberwick Green or Trumpton either. But I remember that CG has Pippin Fort and the soldier boys, and Trumpton has the Fire Brigade (Pugh, Pugh, Barney McGrew, Cuthbert, Dibble, and Grubb).
