Today, after a very long walk. Stolen the OH seat!!

This one was on Friday....he's under a training program he's very good at, stay/wait, not so good on the lead. Every time he sees a kid he will pull like mad to get to her/him, the smaller the better.

Stan is gorgeous. Love the way Stan is sprawled across your sofa - knows the comfy seat in the house.

The problem is he's getting big and there's only room for Stan and me, OH moved him as soon as he got in

Petal is so insistent - if Rosie is on the sofa beside me then she will bark until Rosie gets down and she can climb aboard!

Just to add that Barleysugar's daughter's cat has just had three kittens next door - I have never seen one day old kittens before - they are so gorgeous! Will try and persuade them to post kittie pics

Aww Stan is a beautiful boy Scarlet and he is getting so big. Can see the mischief staring right out of those eyes!

I found this picture of Shanty. He died 4 years ago............ .he was such a handsome lad.

Sadly, Dawn won't have any more animals.

He's was gorgeous Danny I think you need VC to send you a few photos from the dog sanctuary. I had really made my mind up after my old Bob went last year there was no way I was having another dog. That was until I saw the photos, the thought that they may well never find a forever home and I was smitten.

It was like that for me too, Scarlet - I was known as the 'cat lady' until VC posted some pictures of very scared little springer puppies from the sanctuary and I was smitten with the shyest girlie. That was Rosie who is bouncy and bold as brass now. And of course when I saw her little sister up for adoption and I knew Rosie gets lonely (and howls) if I leave her on her own - well it wasn't too hard a decision!

Awww Danny, Shanty was beautiful. He looks so alert and intelligent.

I feel really chuffed that Jeanie and Scarlet have given wonderful loving homes to three of the Sanctuary's dogs. I've had 4 from there, that turned into 9

If anyone would like to give a home to dog, I'd be very happy to pass you the Sanctuary's details.
