No, I know, and I'm the same. I had four here last weekend and it was bedlam! My two Goldies, my chum's Dalmatian, and my nephew's 16 week German Shepherd puppy. Good job we have a big garden, and that it was dry!!

Lol the dogs are great but the house and I are both wrecks!
Happily, with help, my two allotment plots are looking better and better every week The girls come with me and Rosie gets stuck in digging and Petal bimbles around helping wherever she can - and sits beside me when I am weeding (Petal also likes to wash my ear out when I am kneeling down and low enough to reach lol.)
Jeanie's dogs came from the same animal sanctuary as Mary and Bessie.
i was with Jeanie when she collected them - a year apart. The day we went for Petal I saw Bess - and you know what happened after that. Buy one get 5 free.
I adopted Rosie in 2013 from the rescue centre local to VC - after she posted pics of the puppies which made me volunteer to drive up and adopt one. I stayed with VC as it was a bit of a long haul from London and the pup we picked up was frightened of her own shadow - that was Rosie, the springer.
Then a year later the rescue centre had a couple of rescue dogs from the same breeder, one of whom was Petal, a springer cavalier cross, born as a mistake in the litter. VC and I adopted Petal and Bessie on the same day. They told me that Petal is a blood sister to Rosie although with different fathers - not that it makes a jot of difference to me - they are my girls and my life these days
Yay - cross posted with VC - can't tell you what an important lady she is though
Here is my crazy wee guy, we rescued Oscar at 3mths back in January this year. He's now a year old and the love of my life. I'm thinking of maybe getting him a wee friend after xmas
