They've been crawling around me while I weighed them. They can't walk yet but their back legs are more powerful so they scoot along on their bellies and clamber over Bessie. Sorry to kep repeating myself but they are Soooooooooooooo funny

Talking about names - when we got our poor, badly abused greyhound he didn't have a name just a number so I decided to call him Wilfie.
I was amazed at how quickly he took to the name - came when he was called etc and I thought that he was a very bright dog indeed.
It was a few months later that I checked out his ear tattoo's on the greyhound breeding list to find out that my super smart greyhounds name was in fact That's My Wesley.
Wesley - Wilfie = not much difference! So poor old thing was not a Mensa dog after all.
The hound we have now names was Kera which became Messymoo as she insists on moving her food from her bowl to the hall and kitchen floor - that has now been shortened to Moo Moo.
I don't half feel a sprat when I'm bellowing Moo Moo at the top of my voice. People react quite interestingly!

Today's star is the little black pup - the smallest of the bunch, who was brought out for some extra feed from her Mum - then she fell asleep

I don't think there will be any problem beating the 1000 mark. We have still to talk about the puppies' paws (do you think puppies' paws are too large for their bodies?) and tummy tickles (black pudding needs a tummy tickle right now, his tum is irresistible). I've fairly much lost all interest in every other thread on the Vine

Frosty is so right, we'll have to watch them learning to walk, talk about first attempts to bark at playmates, play biting on brother's rear end, rolling over after trying to climb the fence, first teeth, first attempts to eat from a dish without sitting on it....
