Read quickly, I missed out "Max" and thought it was your father licking the glass

          • Has Bessie returned to her former svelt shape yet or is she like all mothers (at least me and many others) who have sort of returned to normal but with some saggy, baggy bits she didn't have before?

She's very thin with droopy, saggy bits and her fur is knotted and chewed. In fact, she's looks dreadful and not a bit like the fluffy Bess I used to know
I'm sure she'll come back on form soon

              • Update.
Two puppies will have a new home together. Black Pudding (Rhodie) and Nellie (Big Girl). With a local lady so I'll be able to keep in touch and visit
Couple more weeks before they leave home anyway.

The neighbour's sis-in-law isn't going to have one because of a big holiday coming up, so its back to Baby, Spud and Teddy on the transfer list - or not.
One expression of interest in a pup but I need to know more about them first.

                  • She's having extra food and milk and I'll take her to the groomers once the pups have left her alone. See if we can make her beautiful again

Thinks................should I enrol her at the gym to tone up her flabby bits

                    • Well she's picked 2 quiet ones there, I'm sure you'll miss them but, its good to know where they are going. I remember the original owner of Max telling me before we left, if you ever decide you can't keep him bring him back, something I found very reassuring. Not that I ever would mind.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

Doggie treadmill, I think this calls for some double sided stickytape, some plastic tubing and an experienced bodger...

Scarlet, please don't show this to Stan, with his lean, flat tum. Bess would be so embarassed

                            • Awwwwww, look what us girls have to put up with? She's had a lot to cope with VC but she will have some peace soon and she'll get her svelte figure back I'm sure. She's a young 'un herself after all

                              • Puppies 17 January 6 weeks and 3 days

Today we had lots of visitors who picked us up and Oohed and Aahed about who would come to live with them. They really wanted Spud but VC told them how well Black Pudding and Big Girl get on together so they decided to have them.

                                Here we are playing tug-of-war

Then we had our dinner. Even Grumpy Auntie Mary shared our plate.

We were so tired that we fell asleep in our beds zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

                                THE END
