Sorry Jay & G4, didn't mean to upset you. I find them so inspirational when you consider other options. I've deleted it.

Aww BM think you may have misunderstood me...you didn't have to delete it. I'm just a huge softy when it comes to animals and can't watch these things! Agree though it is amazing what animals can do and definitely amazing given their other options!sigpic

Hey VC, it's been 5 days since the last puppy photos...any chance of feeding my puppy compulsion? Has Spud mastered the dog flap yet?http://mudandgluts.com - growing fruit and veg in suburbia

Puppies 12th January and 10th February
Still sleeping in the same little wooden box (they have at least 5 other beds but go back to the wooden one frequently).
Haven't they grown?
Last night, it looked like a crime scene here - wanted to draw chalk lines around them all!
They had a visit from a 7 month old Working Cocker spaniel today. Ted shot under the dresser while Spud marched straight up to him and gave him a good sniff - the bits he could reach!!
With a little persuasion Ted came out of hiding and they all snuffled around together, even Bessie. Good to see that they're sociable with other dogs

They're so fast too - their little legs are a blur when they're running in the garden, chasing Bess.
Wears me out just watching them - great fun to have around.

Chubby's the right word, sparrow, especially Ted! They eat anything - just polished off the last of my cauliflower cheese - though they had to push their way past Mary
Mary's so mellow now, she'll climb into bed beside them, they lick her face and clamber over her back. So good to see them all together.

Struth don't they look like doggie peas in a pod. People will think that Mary is their mom if they keep looking so alike.I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. Thomas A. Edison
