Anyone having problems with the Vine and Chrome?

Its OK with Opera but with Chrome the pages look like this! Anyone else suffering this afternoon? Or ideas on how I can rectify it? Thanks

I get that VC when I have a slow connection speed, normally closing the browser and reopening sorts it

I am using Chrome and it is OK for me Don't know what it might be. I sometimes get that sort of thing with Facebook but refreshing usually works.

Drat, I was afraid the Chrome users would say everything was OK. I've uninstalled it but lost all my bookmarks in the process

I had that earlier on today - I get it on some sites when connection is slow for whatever reason (it took ages for the page to display, other sites open at the same time were fast, so no idea what was "slow").

I think basically what happens is that the page loading gives up before it has fully downloaded the associated style sheet, which is what contains all the information about font sizes / positioning / layout, so you just get the "guts" of the page without the formatting.

I'm using Safari on the iPad, with a sh!te connection, and pages on this site are taking longer than usual to load.

I have gone to firefox and i have no problems now.... touch wood.

Been a bit of a nightmare for me this afternoon on chrome. I was just assuming it was the vine that was awry

Have you tried clearing your temp files on your computer? Sometimes that can make the internet slow.

I do that regularly. It's only on the vine I ever have problems. The other forums I use are all fine.

Same here AP though it seems fine now. Reckon some forgot to load the meter again. Using I.E. by the way.
