  • You lot - always blaming me for summat when I am as innocent as an innocent thing on St. Innocent's Day.

      • Well, I didn't go to Morries - why would I when VC has my 'ready steady cook' tea all sorted? I do, indeed, have onion and tomato puree!

Prawn risotto it is. Or it will be, anyway - risotto always takes a million years to cook! I have some creamed coconut to add - but not sure what herbs/spices?

Thinking of a dollop of sweet thai dipping sauce ....

...and whoever has got the bottle, hand it back over - I need to add some to the risotto...

        • Ah, you didn't say you had creamed coconut That changes the recipe! Creamed coconut and tomato puree made into a sauce, cook the prawns through in that. Serve with rice, risotto or ordinary.
Flo must have the bottle now

BTW, you weren't looking in the cupboard closely enough - creamed coconut in the red packet, bottom shelf, left, behind the chicken 0X0,

A yellow sticky piece of breaded fish - not much more to do with that, I don't think, than bake in a hot oven with oven chips - served with home grown runner beans from the freezer. And tomato ketchup. Bottom shelf, front right.

                              • Blue sky and frosty again in the granite city. Mind you, I'd be happy with overcast and dry. Getting more than a bit fed up with the cold.
