Just back from the doctors after being given the run around. Cut a long story short I waited for a doctor to ring me back yesterday but no-one did. Rang again this morning to be told there was a prescription for me. ( not spoken to a doctor yet) paid £16 for two items at chemist. Got home I have 7 day course of antibiotics and ear spray for.... A slight eye infection! Have now been to see doctor, doesn't think I have eye infection.

Eeevening all. Went to the park at lunch time with my neighbour, her springer, my springer, my springerlier and the vicar's labradoodle pup! A great time was had by all of them - the two springers vying with each other to get the ball and the springerlier and the labradoodle chasing after the big dogs.
My two have been asleep ever since- allowing me to get to the hairdresser and the vet with the cat who is recovering from cancer surgery. Cat doing well and my hair isn't too bad either!Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

Your hair looks nice Jeanie Evening All. Yes, unusual for me to be here so late. I have two youngest Golden Girls here tonight as a treat for half term and they're glued to Eastenders. Eldest is joining them for full English tomorrow. I've got leave until Tuesday, I need the R&R from what has been a very, very stressful week.Granny on the Game in Sheffield

Evening peeps!
Another day of smashing the Task List into touch, then a meeting late afternoon in W'ton till 7.30 - home at 8.15 for left over steak and kidley, rice 'n' veg, now sitting with a glass of red.
Hope earache peeps get better soon, and FF has a relaxing w/e.
I had microscopically thin pancakes too, CMS, but Delia seems to think that it is A Good Thing to a dozen or more out of one lot of batter. But I wouldn't have risked the wrath of the Pancake Fairy and make them two days late. The only way you're going to get away with that is by doing a Nicos and going all sophisticated by stuffing them with a savoury filling and cheese sauce and calling them 'dinner'.

See, I almost did the savoury filling thing! Very nearly did, but in the end the siren song that is nutella won out. Lesson learned!
