Morning we're off to Lidi later on today so I'll have a look for that cheese thanks BM.

This is the one I got Nic, hope you can find some. It's a lovely cheese.

Ta Daaa! Kitchen fully painted.
Mr Lump took it quite well when he got up and saw the carnage.
Unfortunately, I don't have his painting ability where he could paint in a Saville Row suit and not get a speck of paint anywhere ither that where it was intended.
I'm about to try and clean the nice pale sage paint off the work tops, cooker, floor, re-paint bits of the ceiling white and encourage the dog to stand still so I can get the green off his back leg.

We've just come back from buying out Lidl

No English cheeses there at all BM!

Got some lovely things though, there is quite a difference as to what is available in France compared to the UK shops.

Impulse purchase??...just the one...saw a Raclette machine like this...



asked OH has he got me anything else yet apart from the mittens I chose?..nope....then you can buy this then!

Looking forward to using it with mom and son whilst they're over cos I know neither of them has used one before!

Hello! I feel old. My son fixed the hoover and cleaned it, it's like brand new and he fitted a second bannister rail so I can get up and downstairs safely. I love it, but it doesn't stop me feeling old. Off to update my Tessie order for tomorrow, then I might paint my nails in something decadent to make me feel better!

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeevenin' Peeps! Just got back from a lovely lovely lunch with my Folks, at a pub we used to know when we first met. The place has been spruced up, but not ruined, like far too many old country pubs have. The food was superb, and we got to catch up with some old faces. We will be returning.

We came home with my Folks' dog, who is staying with us until new year, as they are driving up to Scotland tomorrow. It's a blinkin good job we have the bigger sofa...
