Morning, believe it or not it was white with frost when I got up this morning! Sun is in and out but hopefully will be able to get some washing out...first time this year, and a bit of tidy up in the garden. Hope you all have a great day.

To do with swelling and the fact I take Warfarin I think Sally, minimal dressing over the incisions but a strip of plaster of paris over the back of my hand, think they called it a back slab? No real pain just a little tenderness and involuntary twiches of my fingers another than that feeling fine

Right - I have to go to Sains now because we have run out of cat litter - well, Domino cat has, not me per se. It's a route I sometimes use as a training run - it's just a couple of miles or so, but all flipping uphill - then I get the bus back. But I've been out running in the park already today, and there is a limit as to how keen I am. Also, it is Wednesday night pub night, and if I went for two runs in one day, I'd be asleep with my head in my beer!

SO - I'm going to nip up there in the car, and come back to make a quick batch of choc chip cookies before pub time.
