Evening All. Not had much time to visit - new manager - again. It makes my job twice as hard for the first 3 months. Discovered that it's birds pinching wet compost out of the modules (glad it's not a rat). Are they nesting this time of year? I know very little about birds. The one I saw this morning flew off with a beak full of mud. Glad to see everyone is okay. Hope your throat is soon better Wendy, your cheeks return to normal Hazel and you enjoy your holiday Scarlet.Granny on the Game in Sheffield

Morning all. Been up for about an hour although the dogs tried it on at 4.15am. The sun is shining through my nice clean windows and I'm sat here with a cuppa tea."I prefer rogues to imbeciles as they sometimes take a rest" (Alexander Dumas)

Morning everyone, just about to get up and I have the day in the garden to catch up. Another great day yesterday (I am sure won't keep going) went to my course/session, got home mid afternoon only to turn around to go play 9 holes of golf with my neighbour. Got home at 8.15 not knowing what I was going to have for supper except cold roast pork which I had cooked earlier. So it was an adventure to the garden, 1 1/2 pounds of potatoes, baby carrots, salad and spring onions. So proud of myself. Sooooooooooooooo delicious.
Right must get out of bed and into the garden. See you all later, have a great day.
