        • Morning we've still got snow so the garden looks very pretty but thats about the only nice thing that goes with it, I've still not made a snow man though.

Good luck at the vets Nicos with Hibou it sounds like that rabies injection makes a difference to the recovery time and Donna how can Stan be wicked with a face like his

          • Happy FRIIIIIIIIIDAY all! Cold here with a smattering of snow left from overnight.

A day of file shuffling for me - then the supermarket shop later with mum. It'll please the cat as we are rather low on cat litter (read: run out). I've worked out why we so often seem to be on the verge of running out - we get Sains own brand, which is a Fri supermarket run, and the litter lasts 12-13 days...

Hope Hibou gets over his jabs quickly, Nicos - does he have a 'treat' for tea to make up for his nasty experience?

            • Hibou is a girly puss Hazel
She actually goes off her food for a couple of days, but we do give her a small amount of milk as a treat. She was given ad lib milk as a kitten up til 8 months of age when we got her....and she adores it.

I understand it's not supposed to be very good for cats?...anyway, if we need to bribe her indoors, calling 'milk' always does the trick...no matter how far away she is!

I always feel sorry for her cos she gets a temperature and goes all sleepy. I'm sure having them all at once can't be good for her....but they say it's fine.

Hope Hibou is OK, poor little thing. Baby pup will have to have the rabies injection for her pet passport before her holidays in France. Hadn't realised it affected them so much

The rules have changed since we had her done for rabies- I think it's 3 months minimum age???

Our SSSSNNOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWW is melting rapidly, unfortunately. The dogs have had a good long walk in it, and have come back as dirty as if they'd been mud-bathing. You don't want to see the state of the back of my car. I'll leave 'em outside a bit longer, then hose the dirty little boogers off.
