Decided to include the spuds. And the parmesan parsnips. And mushrooms and a left over half an onion.
Right - white sauce to make. I'm using half and half milk and turkey stock.
The sous chef has decided that his talents are no longer needed now that the supply of turkey bits has stopped

Just realised what is missing..........
Of course this is a very small glass, and holds a majority of lemonade over port - honest!

I've got a glass of red and somehow the colour of it matches my face.

Well, Christmas went very well... With three very happy kids on Christmas morning
