Tis such a responsibility bring a Domestic a Goddess isn't it Hazel?

I am far from being a Domestic Goddess at the mo, Nicos - I've been away for the past two weekends, which is when I normally tackle housework. I'm sticking to the kitchen floor, the worktops are a health hazard and the bedsheets will march off the bed and change themselves shortly!

I don't usually look forward to housework, but you reach a point....

But today is shuffling files - and now it's coffee break time ........ anyone?

I have a pint of water in front of me Hazel Thanks ...just come in from yanking out weeds from the pebbled driveway- thought I would pass out in the humidity/heat combination after only 15 mins of 'head down, bum up' weeding

I hate ironing too ...but needs must eh?

Well, having taken on an additional large garden last spring, and another small but full garden two weeks ago, we've just agreed to take on yet another customer. This is a big full garden

Evening all! Just rounding the evening off with a glass of rhubarb wine, here.

I must try beetroot wine - except I've stopped growing beetroot as I'm not keen on it roasted/boiled etc. Beetroot cake's nice, though.

A couple of sticks of rhubarb (& a cat for scale)
