Clear here.. What best time to look for them?
    Anyone know?

Any time is good but 2am is meant to be the best time - not going to happen here, still very cloudy

Clear here (but a lot of light pollution) - it is very frosty so I am going out for dog loo purposes and squinting upwards for a few minutes each time!
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

            Get thee outside.

We both have neck-ache, and have come back in to get warm. Lots of little shooting stars out there. Fab!

Well, when I say lots, I mean over a dozen in about fifteen minutes. Which is lots compared to a normal evening.

Lovely clear night here, but too cold to stay outside for more than five minutes. I did see two though, even here in light-polluted Greater London!

Been outside for about an hour and seen over 40 shooting stars.
                  Lots of wishes made.

Some were not from the shower though as they were travelling in the wrong direction!

Flippin freezing out there though....the metal handrails were very icy!

Thanks for mentioning it Scarey....we've missed so many other events due to cloud cover that this was a real treat!

Apparently they reach their peak at 2 am UK time....so plenty if time yet for those happy to stay up a while longer!

I'm hoping for a cold, frosty, cloudless night... and it's not often you hear me saying that
