  • Its not an impulse buy if you go out with an open mind about what you're going to have for tea
My tip is to go to the supermarkets on Sunday afternoon because they clear their fresh food stocks by 4pm instead of 10-11pm. Sunday evening meals are structured around the yellow stickers I pick up.

          • Asders on a Sunday afternoon is brilliant for bakery stuff - thanks to them I tried soda bread. However, their discounts on the veggies etc is so minimal that you might as go for the full priced, less squishy stuff.

Our local co coop is really good at the fruit and vegies and my OH is under strict instructions never to go in there without sticker hunting.

As far as my recent bed purchase was concerned - one new divan and one new double mattress ordered on Monday morning, delivered on Tuesday morning brilliant quality (apparently its all made in Yorkshire) and £100 off because I'm not an executive = result.

The seed surpliers have been less than generous this year and I am most disappointed as last year I got my Robin Hood dwarf broad beans for 99p this year if I want them I will have to arrange a mortgage.
