Hi, I've just received delivery of these for the garden. They are such good value for money I've ordered another pair, just thought I would share.

They are surprisingly inexpensive - what's the quality like, BM?

The quality is brill Haze, they have a rubberised feel to the inside. Elasticated cuffs, zip & press studded front with 2 pockets. Trousers have studs at the ankles & pocket slits so you can get to your under trousers. I was expecting something lighter for the price but they are pretty heavy in weight.

I do garden in rain but I just wear whatever and an old fleece jacket. I keep trying to discipline myself to wear a boiler suit as the bottom of my back gets really cold where I keep bending down. Anyway I make up for Arpoet being a lightweight

I've got something similar to wear over my M/bike and walking gear when we've been caught out in the rain. only thing I don't like is the swishing noise they make when you walk.
It does make me laugh though.

I use my old along waterproofs which were once of very good quality so will last but have discoloured enough that I don't want to be seen in them off the plot. Advantage being that you don't sweat in them and they don't swish much . That said if you don't have anything at all the link ones will give you something pretty reasonable.

I just though a tenner or so for Jkt & Trs was a bargain.

I agree - I've ordered a pair to keep in the car. The jacket will likely get more use than the trousers, for me, but you can't argue at that price for the pair.

I sometimes wear waterproof leggings over the plot, really help on cold windy days to, my only advive is get oversized ones to aid movement and jumpers
