I am happy pulling up weeds on some off me plot,feels like am more in control,am so loving the raised beds better than open ground,not much but a start,it looks more cared for,

There is the mother of all bands of thunderstorms approaching us, stretching from Pamplona in Spain to north of Tarbes just up the road from here, over a hundred miles in length.
Wish us luck - we've been known to get 40mm of rain in half an hour and hail stones the size of golfballs.

Phew! Storms now to the east of us, another 5mm added and despite lightning strikes all around we didn't even lose power or interweb

I have just spent the last few moths of our savings on panels for a much bigger hen run to go with our free but still needs to be crea - somethinged and rebuilt hen house and booked 3 ex bats for the next release near us - heck what have I done!
