      Ahh, got you.

Amazing that it has 183 plots in which to find food but shows great bravery to go near a human to get some live feed.

As a 'townie' most of my life - I do enjoy this nature lark.

      • I've been hunting everywhere to try and find some dark brown, fertile Marans eggs.

        Guess what?
Yup...found someone selling them today at a vide Grenier ( car boot sale)

We now have 4 being lovingly cared for by our smallest hen...they just about fit, 2 under each wing!

        Sooooo happy...

        • Time.
          At last!!
Time to get some gardening done at home.
Time to sit and enjoy a cuppa, instead of supping whilst working.
Time to spend doing what I want, instead of what's needed.
          Time to 'play' with pencils.
Time to pop in and see you lot.
          Time to 'sort' my wardrobe.

OK, that last one isn't so great, but it needs doing, and the bonfire will need sommat dry on it, so it may as well be my unwanted clothes!

          • Knocking 2½ mins off last year's time despite banging on for the past two weeks about how under-prepared and unfit for running that I feel!

Just think what I can do next year with better training!

                • Sunshine! I was getting a bit sick of staring sadly at the garden from the kitchen window because it was chucking it down too much to get out. Here's hoping it lasts till I get home from work!!
