    Just made 5 litres of this....

    Quarante-quatre, a Normandy Pleasure | Flavors and More Magazine

    2 litres with vodka and 3 litres with calvados.
    ( no vanilla in mine )

      • Sad to say ...... getting the internet back after three days without not helped by the weekend help desk @0r@nge but finally today someone who would listen to me and also sort it out. It was an Id10t problem - system too complicated at their end. Shades of The IT crowd - TIO/TIBOA!

        • MrPP has just bottled the homebrew which means I get to make beer flavoured pizza with the yeast from the bottom of the fermentation bucket.

                I'm happy cos I was able to suggest that to OH - who is the official bread maker chez nous!
                He's rather keen to have a go...'problem' is that he'll have to do a batch of homebrew...darn!!!

                • Meteo France say it will start raining at 2pm today and not stop until 8pm tomorrow night.
                  We cut the grass here yesterday in preparation and should be able to start work on the clients' grass next week. It has been a lean summer so far!

                        • Did not know about this till now with a goggle,poor poor animal,they should be fed to the pride.

                          My happiness is that it is out in the open,named and shamed,

                          Also pulled my first beetroot,carrots and 4 baby toms,with another 2 cues,
                          sigpicAnother nutter ,wife,mother, nan and nanan,love my growing places,seed collection and sharing,also one of these

                              • Finding a couple strawberries hiding in the grass under our silver birch tree. not sure how the plant got there the rest are at least 30 feet away.
