11:49am changing to 11:50am...............Top dial is hours........bottom dial is minutes + the Milometer (1,2,3,4) so Top dial = 11 (pm not lit so it's am)..............bottom dial = 45.............milometer = 4 so 45+4 = 49 mins............ignore the needles, they don't move.
