Hi Guys
Hope I've put this in the right list and hope you don't mind me poting this, but have just received an email from the Woodland Trust re saving Brede High Woods, 'a large complex of ancient woodland and heathland located in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.'
They've been offered the chance to buy 649 acres of the woods and if they can't in the next few weeks, it's being split up into lots for the highest bidders. (What's the odds it'll end up under development)
There's a lot of rare and endangered species there and lot of history. They're hoping to get donations to help raise the money to buy it.
As we all seem to be people who care about the environment and the richness found within it, I thought you might not mind if I posted this info and at least people who may not have gotten to know, can have the chance to donate, or pass the info on or even both .
Here's the link to copy and paste for all interested.

OK, off my hobbyhorse now!
Regards to all
