    That's the one I use.....it's in the BeRo baking book I've had since I went to Uni.
    I can always find the page( rubbish memory for weights of ingredients!) cos they are the 2 wrinkly pages half stuck together!

    Why is pancake making so messy...is it just me?

    I had to wipe the wall, kettle,hob , book and me down after making and cooking them!

        I wonder if that's where my mum got the recipe, sadly I can't ask her now. I have some of her very old cook books and will check out the pancake recipes, it's nice to know these things

            Isnt batter a fantastic thing, the same mix will make yorkshire pud, fish or onion ring batter and pancakes, quite amazing.
            I have mine with sugar and lemon, anything else is foreign.
