if so , press control and rollthe wheel thing on top of your mouse. That way you can choose to zoom in or out as you wish.

They're back now, but it was ALL the buttons - <post quick reply> etc, <top>, ,general chitchat>, page blah of blah> and all the numbers, and all the ones at the top too, the forum ones and the <reply to thread>

But sneaky side bar adverts keep appearing even though the side bars have been blocked time and again with adblocker and AB+. I can handle white, though .

I've been doing that as well Martin its handy when I only need one page open but for modding using multi pages its difficult.

Download a second browser such as Firefox or Chrome. Tweak it for this site and carry on with main browser for surfing.

Tell you what is making me cross..... the water butts ad! the hide button doesn't work - so I've clicked on the ad 3 times when I didn't want to see it at all.
Right now, when I open this forum page on my lap top I can see nothing but adverts until I start scrolling down.
It's hopeless

I come here to see forum chat - if I can't see it, then the adverts are a waste of time cos I won't keep coming. Simples.

(Ad blocking seemed to interfere with McAfee, so I got rid of that)

Advert at the top, adverts down the side and advert at the bottom that now cannot be removed (the Hide button send you off to buy a water butt. When you access the site there is a timed advert over the screen that eventually goes and another covering the screen that you need to tell go away.

Then somewhere deep down well hidden under and squeezed in from all sides there is a forum interface that is getting smaller and smaller in screen area.
