Ad blocker gets rid of the ad itself but the blue bottom bar is still very 'in your face'

I ran the cursor along the top of the blue bar until the hand appeared, clicked and it disappeared as if by magic

The box disappeared ..... and the hand.(Just in case anyone was wondering )

No bottom bar here but then I block it's elements on AdBlock Plus:

I've just tired that and nothing

The hide button works on an iPad....zoom in and scroll until it pops up.
