Bramble, because there were a lot of them in the garden when I started.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

I've used similar portmanteaux online, they're less likely to have been selected already!

When I came up with the first I lived in an area a while back with an eclectic mix of people; academics, creative types, lots of political debate, a little leftfield in places. I have a hippy edge to me and I love to travel and experience new things, so Bohemianism worked for me, tho perhaps not in the traditional sense.

The latter; it's a reference to bumble bees, that I rather like. I'd love to keep bees. But then I guess you need to put down roots somewhere for that. This particular site was related to gardening, so that also worked. Anyone aware of Esme Weatherwax's bees? Magical.

One of my family nicknames is Xenuhnuhnuh because my cousin aged 3 couldn't pronounce my name. My aunt still calls me it to this day. My cousin is going to uni shortly.

I noted. I wondered. Presumed there used to be someone called Bigmally on here so an extra L was added to acquire their nickname.

I like the serendipity of a typo

Ironically has been printed in the mag, it looks like a typo there. I should have read it there first!

Verinda is the name of a rather odd character in a children's story, written by me!

Mine is Bacchus because I brew mead (a honey wine) and am interested in ancient mythologies and the like.

I also have delusions of divinity

When I first joined I was training to run for a charity and I had just received some "scarlet emperor" runner bean seeds but "scarlet runner" was taken. So I scrubbed out the runner part, which was just as well as I've not run since which left "Scarlet"

Mines a really easy one, Natalie Cooke is my name (married for 3 year this June)

I was really surprised that the user name hadn't already been take I normally use the start of my e-mail address "hairy_fairy87". I don't really think it goes very well on a Grow You Own site.

Bigmally I also never noticed the 3 L's!

I certainly wouldn't mess about with a 6.3 ft gorilla.

Honestly, it's really weird I've never even noticed the 3 Ls before.
