To be fair, I probably only have spam curry a couple of times a year, usually it's chicken (or sometimes just veggie). Also, the 'meat' tends to get a bit lost as I pack it out with onions, peppers, mushrooms etc, plus often other veg like beetroot and celery plus fruit such as banana, apple, sultanas etc. Most people think my curries (and possibly me) are very strange.

And just to chip in about 'curry', think my husband has withdrawal symptoms if he doesn't have curry at least once a week, as a child his family lived in India, but they weren't given curry!
We travelled to India 5 years ago, and I soon got used to veg curry and eggs for breakfast ! Never thought I would mind!! ( not sure about spam vindaloo tho!)DottyR
