I thought I loved curry until I went to India just over a year ago...curry in the evening is fab, curry/spicey food for breakfast is truly disgusting as is Spam Vindaloo! How could you? Yuk

Seriously, you should try it And there's nothing wrong with curry for breakfast either

To be fair, I probably only have spam curry a couple of times a year, usually it's chicken (or sometimes just veggie). Also, the 'meat' tends to get a bit lost as I pack it out with onions, peppers, mushrooms etc, plus often other veg like beetroot and celery plus fruit such as banana, apple, sultanas etc. Most people think my curries (and possibly me) are very strange.

I've never been to India but I have eaten curry in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Maybe I'll go to India and eat roast beef and Yorkshire pudding (which I have had in the Caribbean bizarrely )
Posted on an iPad so apologies for any randomly auto-corrected gobbledegook

Mines pretty obvious, DottyR, suppose I am a bit 'Dotty' sometimes, probably didn't know how to give myself a different name!

I never noticed the 3 'l's, now it's been pointed out, seem to focuss on it!

And just to chip in about 'curry', think my husband has withdrawal symptoms if he doesn't have curry at least once a week, as a child his family lived in India, but they weren't given curry!

We travelled to India 5 years ago, and I soon got used to veg curry and eggs for breakfast ! Never thought I would mind!! ( not sure about spam vindaloo tho!)

Would you believe me if I said I was a hawk and ate moths?

            No?

Well, in that case I'll leave you guessing.

WPG was a rushed decision, I think it stood for Wannabe Pea Goddess or something along those lines. I'd already tried loads of other names, like Muddyboots and different wordplays on Plot, but they were all taken.

Partly right Bo - I had quite a few of these chaps in the garden from which I took inspiration, and just inverted the name

My grandad always referred to me as stringbean when I was young. Because I was so skinny and tall. The skinny phase is over now!
