Lubberly stuff!

Just finished turning my compost from one bag to another. And OMG it's black, it's crumbly, smells good. This lot has taken since last September to magic it'self from garden rubbish etc into this lubberly stuff! Only problem is, that I am now knackered as it is 35 degrees out there

it certainly is Bren In Pots I do try to give back what I take out even though the chickens get their fair share of any weeds and veggies that are "just a bit over". Just started another compost bag. I use 1000kgs builder bags that used to contain sand or ballast from our building works that we had done. Also waiting for my delivery of some horse poo to help top up.

I know what you mean about the chickens I don't have any but my friends brother does so we do a swap my greens and trimmings for some eggs
