I do love Raymond Blanc though. I usually have to translate for my husband, his enthusiasm is fabulous, I've never tried his recipes though. I loved it when he said he wished he had a bigger mouth to cram more food in as its so good! : DYou may say I'm a dreamer... But I'm not the only one...
I'm an official nutter - an official 'cropper' of a nutter! I am sooooo pleased to be a cropper! Hurrah!

Have finally finished watching this series, mainly to clear some space on the planner! What I have been trying to find is a list of varieties that they grew. I expect they're in the book but reluctant to spend £10 even second hand to get a list.
