Problem understanding how to use

Hi, I am newish, started on the forum on 30th April however I am finding my way around as I wish to be involved. I do not know how to be able to change my profile picture as at the moment it is blank. Also when I write an item how do I add photos from my folders. I am sorry it may be really clear but somehow I cannot find the information. Also do not understand some of the options eg Subscription, tag etc. Please help me so I can enjoy using this forum. Thanks.

To add a profile picture, click on settings and it will come up with a range of options including change avatar

Hello Cilla -welcome to the forum. Just keeping posting and you'll get used to the way the forum works and what you can do. Don't worry about a profile picture at this stage or understanding some of the jargon like "subscriptions" - I still don't know what some of it means

Are you using an iPad/iPhone? If you are you cannot add a photo to your post from your photos (you can't drag them) you need to use the paper clip icon and use existing photos on your I kit.

Hi, thanks to all the response especially from Stan79 and veggiechicken. I found them useful. However I do not know how to get hold of the admin person because everything I go into says that I do not have permission to go into my profile etc. Have I done something wrong!

Don't worry, Cilla, you haven't done anything wrong. Sometimes there's a hiccup in the system for new members which resolves itself when you've been posting for a while.
